Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager , You will be the owner for the set of accounts and drive product retention, consumption, adoption, engagement and growth for a set of customers.

Requirements

  • Manage internal stakeholders along with external ones
  • Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities with clients
  • Be the clients’ voice inside ASKEVA
  • Deliver presentations and frequent interaction with CXO audience
  • Preferred experience in web service integration Leading client retention and renewals.

Experience

  • Any degree
  • 2 to 5 year experience

Salary And Benefits

  • Salary : At par with market and not a constraint for eligible candidate.
  • Increment Cycle : April month
