What should you do in case of payment failures?

  • If your payments are failing, please ensure to check these -

    1. International transactions should be enabled on your card
    2. Online transactions should be enabled on your card
    3. Enter your phone number in full international format and tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
    4. Check your transaction limit for both online and international transactions. Ensure it is more than the amount you're trying to pay on ASKEVA
    5. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
  • You can usually manage these settings on your Bank's Portal or Mobile app. You can even do so by calling your bank's customer care number.
